Last Updated: August 1st, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Cpro website, software, or related services (the “Services”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“ToS”). If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use immediately. These ToS constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Cpro (“Company”), governing your use of the Services.

1.1. Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of the Services signifies your acceptance of these ToS. If you are under the legal age to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the Services.

1.2. Modification of Terms

Cpro reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the ToS periodically. By continuing to use the Services after any changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

Cpro is a productivity tool designed to streamline the online learning experience by automating routine tasks, organizing study materials, and improving productivity. The Services include features such as automated navigation, note-taking, and answer suggestions, all of which are intended to help users manage their workload more efficiently. However, the Services are strictly supplemental and do not replace genuine academic effort or adherence to the policies of any educational institution.

2.1. Features

Cpro offers, but is not limited to, the following features:

Auto Advance: Automatically progresses to the next activity with customizable delays.

AI Note Generation: Creates notes after instructional segments to support learning.

Auto Answer Modes: Provides multiple-choice answers and options for written responses in various modes.

Anti-Logout Measures: Prevents session timeouts and refreshes pages if user activity ceases.

Customization Options: Allows users to adjust page visuals and video settings for a personalized experience.

2.2. Intended Purpose

Cpro is meant to be a supplemental educational tool. Its features are designed to assist with learning organization and time management, not to replace personal effort, critical thinking, or direct engagement with educational content.

2.3. Use Restrictions

The Services must not be used to gain unfair academic advantages, commit fraud, or violate the policies of educational institutions. Users are responsible for ensuring their application of Cpro complies with institutional rules and applicable laws.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

As a user of Cpro, you agree to:

Use Cpro responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Not rely solely on Cpro to complete coursework or obtain academic credits.

Refrain from using Cpro to engage in academic dishonesty, including submitting automated answers as personal work.

Ensure that all use of Cpro complies with the rules, policies, and guidelines of your educational institution.

By using Cpro, you acknowledge that misuse of the Services may result in consequences such as academic penalties, disciplinary actions, or other legal and reputational risks. You are solely responsible for your conduct while using Cpro.

4. Academic Integrity and Consequences

Academic integrity is a cornerstone of the educational process. Cpro encourages users to maintain the highest standards of honesty and fairness in their academic endeavors.

Misuse of Cpro in a manner that violates academic integrity can lead to:

Disciplinary actions from educational institutions, including suspension or expulsion.

Invalidation of academic credits or certifications.

Long-term consequences on academic records and professional reputation.

Cpro is not responsible for any penalties or negative outcomes resulting from improper use. Users are encouraged to leverage Cpro’s features for productive and ethical purposes, aligning with both educational goals and institutional policies.

5. No Affiliation

Cpro is an independent service and is not affiliated, endorsed, or associated with the learning platform, any educational institutions, online learning platforms, or educational software providers. The development, maintenance, and distribution of Cpro are managed solely by its proprietary team.

The software operates independently and does not integrate with, alter, or access any third-party systems, databases, or infrastructures. Cpro maintains a clear separation from external educational platforms and services to ensure the autonomy of its operations.

6. Limitations of Service

Cpro does not guarantee that its features will function flawlessly or meet all user expectations. While the Services are designed to improve efficiency and learning outcomes, they are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

The accuracy or reliability of automated answers or suggestions.

The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Services.

The effectiveness of any learning tools or automated features in improving academic performance.

Users acknowledge that Cpro’s capabilities may not align with all educational requirements or scenarios, and the Company is not liable for any shortcomings or performance issues.

7. Purchase, Refund, and Key Policy

Cpro offers a self-service refund on unredeemed access keys (“keys”). If a key has not yet been redeemed through the Cpro interface, the original purchaser may request a refund at cpro.net/refund by confirming ownership with a one-time verification code emailed to the address used at the time of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear. Self-service refunds are available only for keys purchased by card directly through Cpro and only while the key remains unredeemed; for any other purchase method, please contact support.

Once a key has been redeemed through the Cpro interface, the sale is final and the key is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Keys do not begin their validity period until redeemed. Users are responsible for safeguarding their keys and ensuring that they remain secure. Cpro will not provide replacements or refunds for keys that are lost, stolen, shared, or otherwise compromised. Each key is intended for single-user use and must be protected against unauthorized access.

7.1. Student Keys

Standard student keys are designed for individual users and grant access to Cpro’s full suite of features. They are valid for the specified time period once activated, and the validity does not begin until the key is redeemed. Student keys are best suited for single accounts and provide all the tools necessary for efficient, streamlined learning.

7.2. Service Keys

Service keys offer expanded functionality, allowing use across up to five accounts simultaneously. These keys provide the same core features as student keys but offer enhanced flexibility, enabling multiple account management without the need to purchase separate licenses. During their validity period, service keys can be redeemed multiple times, provided the total number of active accounts does not exceed five at any one time. This makes service keys a cost-effective choice for users managing multiple accounts or those providing broader services through Cpro.

7.3 Key Expiration

All unredeemed keys have an expiration date of 30 days from the creation date, after which they will no longer be valid for redemption. Users are responsible for tracking the expiration date of their keys and ensuring that they are redeemed before the deadline. Cpro will not provide refunds or extensions for expired keys, and users must purchase new keys to continue using the Services. Redeemed keys are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase and will expire at the end of the specified period. The key timer doesn't start until the key is redeemed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Cpro, its developers, and its owner disclaim all liability for damages or losses of any kind that may arise from the use, misuse, or inability to use the Services. This includes, but is not limited to:

Any direct damages resulting from performance issues, errors, interruptions, or other technical difficulties experienced while using the Services.

Indirect or incidental damages, including those resulting from delays, loss of productivity, or unforeseen technical conflicts.

Consequential damages such as lost academic opportunities, invalidation of course credits, or reductions in educational performance.

Damages related to data loss, including the loss of personal information, learning materials, or saved progress within the system.

Reputational harm stemming from reliance on the Services, whether caused by perceived misconduct or dissatisfaction with the product’s functionality.

Any disciplinary actions, penalties, or sanctions imposed by educational institutions due to the user’s conduct, whether or not the Services were a contributing factor.

Cpro does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its Services and cannot be held responsible for external factors that may affect its performance, such as changes in educational policies, updates to third-party platforms, or network disruptions. By using the Services, users acknowledge and accept that they do so at their own risk and that Cpro cannot be held liable for any adverse outcomes, including academic penalties, legal repercussions, or financial losses.

9. Modifications to Terms

Cpro reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms of Service (ToS) at its sole discretion. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting. Notifications of such changes may be provided through various means, including updates on our website, email communications, or in-service alerts.

Users are responsible for periodically reviewing the ToS to stay informed about any modifications. Continued use of the Services following a change in the ToS constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a user does not agree to the new terms, they must cease all use of the Services. By continuing to use Cpro after changes are posted, users affirm their understanding and agreement to the updated terms and conditions.

10. Governing Law

These ToS and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. This means that the laws of Wyoming will be used to interpret the rights and obligations of both parties under these ToS, regardless of where the user is located.

Any legal actions, claims, or disputes arising out of these ToS or the use of Cpro will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. Users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue, including any argument that Sheridan County is an inconvenient forum. This provision ensures that all disputes are resolved under a clear, consistent legal framework.

11. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms

By using Cpro, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understand these Terms of Service. You agree to be bound by these terms and accept full responsibility for your actions while using the Services. This includes adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and educational policies that govern your use of Cpro.

Additionally, you confirm that your use of Cpro will not conflict with any agreements, policies, or guidelines established by your educational institution. You agree to uphold academic integrity, ensuring that any tools or features provided by Cpro are used responsibly and ethically. By continuing to use Cpro, you affirm your commitment to these principles and accept any consequences that may result from failure to comply with these terms.
